restructure the Fed Gov. return power to state levels, reduce unlimited spending. The people need more voice and control

The Fed Gov needs to return power over many things they are involved in to state levels. The Fed Gov should not be able to spend as it pleases including spending SS money that does not even belong to them. The people need more voice and control over what the Gov does. They do not do what is in the peoples best interest, they go along with big money and favors. All Presidential candidates should have the same money amount to spend running for office with no big money backing them. The system is corrupt.
