Restructure the U.S. Congress salary benefits to an adjusted rate. $60k annually first 4 years, + $5k each additional yr

The US Congress minimum salary is $173,000 annually, they get healthcare benefits and a pension at 62. They are also treated to aides, car service, protection, and are courted by special interest groups. I feel there salary should be reduced and made adjustable not set. They should be paid $60k annually the first four years and an additional 5k each additional year above the first four. Congress should not be a cushy life long job. It was meant to serve the US.
