restructure the welfare system.

Created by D.B. on February 25, 2013

According to my research, the US Government spends roughly $200 Billion dollars a year annually (directly and indirectly) on welfare programs to support the lower classes.

I am not simply proposing to end welfare and cut our losses. I understand that innocent children would be effected by taking such rash actions. I simply believe that in order for a welfare system to work, then it must be able to support itself financially.

I have many ideas that would support a self-sufficient welfare system without placing as much (if any) burden on the working class through taxation.

I would love to go into greater detail, but I am limited on the amount of characters that I can put in this description box.

In short, there are ways to support the lower class while helping American Businesses grow.
