restructuring of the insurance industry

i would like president obama investigate the unfairness of insurance companies especially after hurricane sandy. alot of policyowners found out the "small print" in their contract were never explained to them. i want any licensed insurance person to stipulate everything including clauses, so the homeowner knows excactly what they are covered for and paying for. too many little facts the insurance industry keeps quiet about could cost homeowners several thousands of dollars. i want the industry to come clean. their profits are immense and they could offer better protection for less. it just seems like a cash cow for insurance exec. and i think the system should be gutted and rewritten. thank you for your time.
