Results of the plebiscite in Puerto Rico:
First my congratulations for his second term as president of our glorious nation. My respect also are aimed at the majority of Puerto Ricans have been a great leader in you so I dare to ask me to analyze with all the seriousness it deserves the plebiscite in Puerto Rico.
