This bill, the Charlie Wolf Nuclear Workers Compensation Act, died in the Senate. Thousands of former workers from the facilities at Rocky Flatts and the like are dying from various severe ailments due to toxic checmical & radiation exposure. It is a shame that the government has failed to help these workers, forgotten and overlooked by the very people who promised to help them. It is time to help these poor people, who by no fault of their own, have been left to struggle in pain and die.
