Black Friday has been a tradition for many bargain shoppers to find the best deals. In the past years, there has been a growing trend that forces retail establishments to open earlier and earlier each year. Over he course of the past 2 years, in order to be competitive with the market, some retailers are pushing the envelope and opening on thanksgiving evening. This forces employees to give up their family during the one original American Holiday to head in to work. We would like to see a regulation for ALL non essential employers to remain closed on Thanksgiving, until no earlier than 6 a.m the day after Thanksgiving (black Friday). This will give retail employees and managers back their 2 Holidays anally to be home and spend with their loved ones.
