In the state of Maryland, police and military aircraft are conducting surveillance activities against law abiding citizens engaging in First Amendment activities.
As in Ferguson, 1033 Defense program has given military equipment to local and state police in Maryland. Aircraft are targeting citizens in residential neighborhoods loudly flying over private homes, retail businesses and conducting surveillance at library's.
Clear lines should be drawn for Militarization warfare programs and kept separate on battlefield and not on the home field against Americans.
