Stating first that the technical difficulties of deploying a massive online system to many millions of users are known from deep experience to cause problems that rest no fault on any human being, let alone the leader of a large government department that happens to oversee the deployment in addition to many other projects and programs, we challenge the petition to remove Kathleen Sebelius from office with this counter-petition.
