For refusing to surrender Edward Snowden to the United States, all citizens of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China should be viewed as enemies of the United States and all citizens of those countries should be removed from the USA and US citizens and ambassadors in those countries should be recalled.
Also, all commercial links should be weakened or severed either temporarily or permanently until a resolution can be achieved.
The Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China have shown disregard to American sovereignty and as such, full recognition of Taiwan as an independent state should immediately be implemented and full restoration of diplomatic ties restored.
