Retest elderly drivers over the age of 65 annually

Created by N.O. on August 13, 2013

There are many physical and mental conditions that affect the elderly when driving. Many elderly people are unable to operate a motor vehicle safely, and they are still driving. Allowing drivers who are too elderly on to road poses a risk to the driver and other people. A yearly test should be implemented for drivers that are elderly. This will eliminate accidents, and ensure the safety of elderly drivers and those around them. Drivers over the age of 65 should be retested annually.
