The offering of a passport that allows parents that owe back child support the availability to obtain a passport which will allow them to travel for job purposes only. There are many of good jobs that require travel, but many of us cannot obtain the passport to fulfill this requirement. As the global market increases, and jobs require travel. We need to help ensure that we are allowing all people to apply for these jobs. Better paying jobs mean more money to help out our children and reduce unneeded federal assistance.
