Retire Supreme Court justices by using the Constitution's own language.

Created by J.M. on July 06, 2014

If:
the word “People,” as it appears in the Constitution's Preamble, can be defined as “multi-million dollar, inter-state, for-profit corporations with the same religious rights afforded to US citizens,”

Then:
the words “good Behaviour,” as they appear in Article III Section 1 of the Constitution, can be defined as “judicial decision-making that does not run counter to common sense and basic logic.”

Therefore:
since 5 of the Supreme Court’s 9 justices have exhibited, in their Hobby Lobby ruling, actions which run afoul of the "good behaviour" required of them, their services are no longer required by the actual people of the United States.

Justices Scalia, Alito, Roberts, Kennedy & Thomas, we thank you for your service.

President Obama, please make 5 new appointments to the high court.
