Regardless of who you support and voted for, please consider our petition to fix our broken electoral system in order to prevent such divisive elections from continuing to be the norm.
The Electoral College is to be retired and all individual votes are to be counted. Our representatives are to be decided democratically by popular vote. Voters will be provided a valid ballot to which they may number and rank their preferred representatives. Each voters first vote shall be counted first. If their first candidate is shown to be the greatest minority, that candidate shall be removed from future counts and the voter's second vote shall be counted as if though it were the first. This process is to be repeated until a representative is chosen for the office by process of elimination.
