Retract the waivers granted to any and all Congressional members and theirs staff. Title I of the “Affordable Care Act” or “ObamaCare” as it is referred to states: “Americans without insurance coverage will be able to choose the insurance coverage that works best for them in a new open, competitive insurance market – the same insurance market that every member of Congress will be required to use for their insurance”. Giving Congressional members and their staffs exemption waivers from participating in the exchanges violates the law.
The waivers also violate the XXVII Amendment. Congress must vote to increase compensation and it does not take effect until after the next election.
