retract Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and similar policies. They are illegal on the Constitutional level.

Created by K.Y. on August 16, 2012

All laws are applied equally to all people stated by the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Because of the Immigration and Nationality Act, all people around the world must go through the same process in order to immigrate to the US. Yet, Mr. President, you have not applied the same immigration laws on this group of people, instead, have put the legality of their presence in the US on hold with a new policy, went to Congress and are trying to get them to invent new laws that will legalize their presence. Sir, you do realize that families who are currently applying for legal US immigration also have children. Most of those children may also grow up to be contributors to the US, why must they go through the immigration process while these illegal aliens do not.
