Retract the Executive Agreement to unconstitutionally Ratify ACTA!

After years of closed door meetings, President Obama signed the very controversial and unconstitutional ACTA treaty by Executive Agreement. This direct assault on the Constitution would surrender many trade and internet privacy rights to the 36 nation ACTA committee, that would be able to pass sweeping regulations without ever being voted on by elected officials. The ACTA committee will have the power to ban generic prescriptions that millions of Americans rely upon on basis of intellectual property invasion. Our basic rights to speech and privacy would be shredded all on the claim that IP would be better protected, however this would only give more power to the big companies.
