Sec of Defense Hagel's plan wants to reduce some benefits for military personnel, resulting in them having to shoulder more of their housing and medical costs. Many of these are barely living from paycheck to paycheck but are putting their life on the line. We are betraying them by taking away the benefits they signed up for when joining.
