If the President really means what he said on June 5, that the "decision on Scottish independence is up to voters," then he needs to stop meddling in a democratic process and be neutral and objective on this issue. This petition is to ask that President Obama immediately apologize for his comments and withdraw U.S. support for the No campaign being waged by the Cameron Tory government.
