My petition is simple, retrain americans on how to drive a car and why the lanes on a 3 lane highway are designated the way they are. I would like to see states enforce this and it would be a great way to enforce the rules of the road and generate funds,enough to cover the cost of extra patrols on the road. Every day you see people just ridin in the left lane and not passing anyone oblivious to the "rules" of the road. My petition is that if your observed driving in the left lane of a 3 lane highway and NOT PASSING ANYONE then you will be pulled over and given a ticket with a stiff fine. Thank You Paul Krinjak
