The Retraining of Every Law Enforcement Officer in America

Over 500 people have been killed by law enforcement officers this year. Race has been a huge factor of the uproar in many communities, especially the African-American and minority communities. This threatens the main right we have as human beings, the right to live. We the people, demand the retraining of every law enforcement officer in America. Every cop needs their guns taken away for at least one day and needs to have a full psych evaluation by the Department of Justice before its given back. This needs to be a top priority. Each officer needs a meeting with a psychiatrist and basic deescalation tactics should be taught locally so they are sensitive to each community's needs. American lives are at stake. If the current practices don't change, a full implosion of America is eminent.
