Retroactively pay Federal employees to make their pay commensurate with the current cost of living.

Federal employees have had to continue caring for themselves and their families using approximately the same pay they were earning nearly five years ago even though the scope of their work has typically increased due to hiring freezes and while the cost of living has dramatically increased in just about every aspect one can think of. It is only fair and right to allow them to be either retroactively paid OR have their current salaries brought to the commensurate rate they would have been paid had it never been mandated that they forego their annual cost of living increases.
