Many citizens of this land have petitioned for their state to secede from the Union, I propose we make it easier. This petition will retroactively give control of the area covered by the American Southeast to the Confederate States of America, who will then be allowed to govern themselves, with no impact on the business of the rest of the Continent. All citizens of the new land will have the right to either move to the US or renounce their citizenship permanently and totally.
