Retry the Ethan Couch "affluenza" DUI case, and take Judge Jean Boyd off the Bench.

Created by L.S. on December 15, 2013

Ethan Couch, 16, caused an accident that left 4 people dead after driving 70 mph in a 40 mph zone with a blood alcohol level 3 times the legal adult limit in his system.

Born in a rich family, Ethan had no trouble finding attorneys and "experts" who justified his crime as an instance of "affluenza", the "condition" of being unable to link his bad behavior with consequences due to his parents teaching him that wealth buys privilege.

Despite the fact that prosecutors sought a 20 year prison term, Judge Jean Boyd sentenced Ethan to 10 years of probation in a luxury resort.

Such a travesty of justice is unacceptable in America. We demand a retrial of this case. We also demand Judge Jean Boyd be taken off the box and be investigated to ensure that no bribery is involved in this case.
