Adam Crapser was brought to the US from Korea at the age of three. His adoptive parents abandoned him. He was brought up in foster homes and suffered abuse. He got into some legal trouble but who wouldn't considering that happened to him. Adam has bee deported to Korea and leaves behind a family.
This is the fault of the United States and any federal or local government entity that failed to protect Adam.
