Return the airwaves to local communities and stop companies like Clear Channel from owning a monopoly on the radio.

Laws which once allowed for a robust regional radio industry were gutted to allow Clear Channel to gobble up hundreds of radio stations- they now dominate the radio spectrum in most of America. As a result, they have unfettered control over political and news coverage- which they've used to put Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and other partisans on their "news" channels which they use as a partisan communications arm of the Republican party. Neither party should control the airwaves, which belong to the people and need to be returned to their control.
