Return ALL authority of the federal government not given to it by the Constitution back to the 50 states.

The Constitution gave very limited authority to the federal government. The federal government is responsible for the defense of the union (not offense), a currency, and a court system to mediate conflicts between the states.

It is time to return the federal government to the authority given to it by "we the people".
