Return all non-National Park Federal lands in the Black Hills to the Lakota, Cheyenne, & Arapaho peoples.

The purpose of this petition is to return all non-National Park Federal lands in the Black Hills of South Dakota & Wyoming to the Lakota, Cheyenne, & Arapaho peoples per the 1868 treaty, to be administered jointly by each peoples respective reservations, or by the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
