Return America to Americans

Have all current administration step down and at the cost of them and their charitable donaters provide the people of their state a new elections.
1. New elections rules you can only use money you have in your personal accounts and money given to you by HAND to run for office. No one running for office may take money from any group or organization only from private citizens not greater than $100 U.S. Dollars.
2. After elections are held new administration must provide open public voteing for reform of current laws and any brought fourth by new administration.
3. No American shall pay anything greater than 10% of annual Personal income State and Federal Tax combined.
4. All Tax laws will be voted on by general public not by elected officials.
