Return "baby girl Veronica" to her biological father, Iraq war veteran Dusten Brown.

Created by D.C. on August 12, 2013

Overturn the South Carolina Supreme Courts decision in the adoption of Veronica Brown to uphold the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978, and to keep Veronica with her biological father, Iraq war veteran Dusten Brown.
"Baby Girl" Veronica is 3-year-old child of Cherokee descent. She has lived with her biological father, Dusten Brown, and his family for nearly two years; more than half her life. The South Carolina Supreme Court, Matt Capobianco , and Melanie Capobianco are trying to remove the child from a loving and safe environment in Oklahoma with her father, to place her in the custody of a couple that has no biological ties with the child. They want to take a veterans child away from him to place her in the care of a couple several states away.
