return children to non abusive biological parent in cases of abuse/neglect, domestic violence, including 3rd party cases

Created by M.T. on May 01, 2015

In my case, I was a victim of Domestic Violence in my marriage, in which I have two children. During the divorce proceedings, my abuser, made me out to be an unstable parent, in which the abuser was granted custody. The paternal grandmother was awarded custody, over me, a biological parent, due to abuser not wanting them. The abuser has unhampered access to them, despite the supervised visit court order, as the grandmother is the supervisor. According to the American Bar Association Commission on Domestic Violence, 10 myths about custody and DV; 70% of the time, abusive fathers will get custody. We need to stop this epidemic in America. This is harming our children and the future generations will be repeating the abusive behaviors if raised in the abusive home. Return the children now.
