Traitorous citizens of the United States of America have seen fit to form an illegal army and to declare war on their fellow citizens, the federal government of the United States of America, the State of Oregon, and the local jurisdictions in and surrounding the Malheur Refuge and Burns, Oregon.
We, the citizens of the United States of America, in accord with our constitution and common laws, elected politicians to represent us in duly constituted bodies to pass laws and regulations in our stead. These laws and regulations include those designating, regulating, owning, maintaining, and governing publicly owned lands. The military "action" taken in and surrounding Malheur Refuge by a private militia is the greatest threat to our freedom, rule of law, and protections of the commons.
