we are petitioning for a return of our Constitutional rights, and the removal of Homeland security entirely as we already the Coast Guard, National Guard, Military Reservists, and local authorities making Homeland security a redundant waste of money and resouces. In order to change the Constitution a Nation Vote must be held yet the Freedom of Speech has been removed as a right from all Americans in the form of legal actions, removal from employment, and in some cases incarceration.
