Puerto Ricans are Americans and this island is American soil.Vieques PR is one of the most precious carribean iisland which belong to Puerto Rico and the Goverment of the US.They need our help in restoring what once was, lets work together and ask President Obama to restore the military in Vieques Puerto Rico..Lets help America shine from sea to shining sea once again.Considering our Nations history and future is vital to our economy. We need leadership that is created by our goverment.
