Return Federal Lands to the States

Divest, over the next ten years, all federal land and real estate assets to the respective states in which such land and real estate are contained. Federal facilities including federal government office buildings and other government installations shall be leased to the federal government at a fair market rate for a period of no less than twenty years and Military bases and other DOD installations shall be leased to the federal government for a period of no less than ninety nine years and at a cost of no more than one dollar per acre per year. All national parks shall become state parks and be administered by the states. All non-park federal lands will be administered by the states in whatever manner deemed appropriate by the governments of the respective states.
