Return of Full Civil rights to non violent fellons who have served their time and completed their parole successfully

The right to vote, to get a good job,to purchase a fire arm legally for a NON VIOLENT convicted fellon are all affected by the unfair policies by this country's criminal justice system. Why have someone go to prison, finish their time,successfully complete parole only to be discriminated against for employment, the right to vote and the right to bare arms.
