return government to the people; putting the Constitution back into force will return liberty to the people.

As government of three branches, Executive, Judicial and Legislative, is described- defined- and limited by- our Constitution,
and government acting inimically to- or outside- the Constitution is acting unConstitutionally and reprehensibly,
and all three branches have for many years acted outside- and inimically to- the Constitution and, therefore, inimically to the people,
we, the people, undersigned, respectfully request our undeniable assertions be recognized in writing by the heads of all branches with a plan, also in writing, delivered to the people, describing how each will peaceably correct its breaches of our Constitution and constrain itself from future breaches and describe how that branch will act as a check on the other two branches to peaceably prevent further breaches.
