Return the House of Representatives to the People, as was the intention of the Founders of our Nation, with extensive campaign reform. Make it mandatory that candidates be from the majority income bracket of the district they represent. No more will the congress be run by the upper class, and the results are always the same. Our government today most resembles elitist monarchy we fought against in the American Revolution; they cannot truly represent the people. Campaigns should be equally funded for each candidate and kept to the issues, no more negative campaigns which is a large cause of violence. We have to get the money out of politics, No more lobby or campaign funds; owing to donors or super funds.For every male candidate, a female candidate should be run. This can be done.
