Although citizens have continued to spend within their means and many still spending at 2007 levels our government has increased THIER spending by over 40%. Return government spending to 2007 levels and our annual budget will be near balanced and minor tax increases can balance the rest. But NO tax increases until the government learns to be good stewards of the taxpayer's money and return government spending to 2007 levels.
