Returning gratuity for people who work in the service industry or people who get paid less then minimum wage plus tips. Ive seen this happen one two many times, large parties don't tip at all if there is no gratuity, it doesn't matter what the service was. I believe that is so unfair to everyone in this industry. There has been many problems faced and I think Obama should reconsider this and think of another way to fix the problem on how tips are being claimed. People are getting paid less and making less money. Please lets resolve this issue. Or have servers get paid more then 2.13 or 3.13 an hour.
