Return Gun rights to non-violent felony charged people. That where not charged with Violent acts, Drugs.

With so many laws on the books a person can get a felony and end up losing his gun rights for the rest of his life. When in truth all he did was get into a disagreement with a bank or agrue with a federal officer. And if you dont have a good atty and 1000's of dollars to spend you can lose these right for the rest of your life. I personally did. And live in a rural area. I didnt commit any horribble acts. I paid my debt to society (repaid the loan) over a argument with a credit union. A False statement during a BK proceeding. And with the JERK judge lost my gun rights for life. This isnt right. So a false statement that was nit picking to force me to pay the loan back ended up losing me a right in this country. I can vote now but cant defend my home way out in the county on many acres.
