Return the marginal tax rate on the top 2% of incomes to that of the Eisenhower administration. TAX LIKE IKE!

The Eisenhower administration saw the United States prosper with growing salaries and low unemployment. There was declining national debt while social programs remained in place and the President oversaw a huge economic stimulus program of highway construction. All the while, tax rates for upper incomes were 91%.
The recent economic crisis reminds us of the direct relationship between economic damage and that small segment of the population which compulsively hoards mediums of exchange. It would behoove us to ameliorate this repetitive and debilitating behavior. This can best be done by placing excess beyond reach. Thus we are petitioning to have tax rates, for those in the upper 2% of income, raised to the same 91% level insisted on by President Eisenhower. TAX LIKE IKE!
