Return Mexico their territory and keep only the 13 colonies originally established, but not in Native American's soil.

My request is in order to return to Mexico his land back like as it was in the 1800s, but not only in the territorial shape, including their natural resources, oil, land, water and rivers also the minerals being extracted from the mines etc, but also, and last but not least let Mexico decide their form of government known as "The right to self-determination". Keep hands out of Mexico in every way. U.S. citizens would not be expelled from the Mexican territory and they can keep their businesses, properties and houses on Mexican soil. The map of the U.S. will be back as it was in the territory 13 colonies with the exception of Native American reservations.
