As opponent of excessive regulation and all that it encompasses, I create this petition in opposition of the current assault on a fans ability to enjoy a NBA game's maximum entertainment potential. Through excessive fines implemented by the NBA's commissioner, players can no longer celebrate or must reign in there joy after making a play worthy of consideration on ESPN. Thus, diluting the energy resonating throughout the arena. Please, look into this matter and have the NBA's commissioner return the current game to 90's era basketball.
