Return to the Moon.

We choose to go to the Moon. In 1962, President John F Kennedy said these words to America, challenging us to go all the way to the Moon. We did it, and we can do it again. But we are told that we don’t have the technology or the funding. Well we already did it, for 25.4 billion dollars, which is about 0.635% of the nation's current revenue. We have the technology to do it again, and to stay. The Constellation Program would cost around 97 billion dollars, which is about 2.425% of the nation's current revenue. We can do it again, and if we don’t someone else will, and that country will get all the glory and benefits to themselves.
