return the number of representatives in the House to the constitutional ratio (1:30,000).

Created by D.M. on November 04, 2014

Article 1, section 2 of the US Constitution is "The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand,". Currently, the average number of constituents for a member of the House is more than 720,000. To ensure representation to a constitutional accuracy, we need at least 10,537 representatives. Current communication technology can allow for this many representatives.
