We deplore the direction our country has taken in the past fifty years in desparaging the contributions of immigrants and the rich history they have brought to this country. We demand that the administration of President Barack Obama undertake returning our national motto to "E Pluribus Unum" to reflect our national character, that which values the sacrifices and benefits the immigrant community brings to this country and rejects the fear and hate mongering of the McCarthy Era.
