Return to a Paper Ballot Voting System and end the electronic voting machines which can be hacked into or Manipulated!

The United States must return to a paper ballot voting system and end the electronic voting machines which can be hacked into or manipulated for political gain without any public awareness or any physical evidence of the peoples votes in case a recount is needed.The negative aspects of the electronic voting machines such as vulnerability to cyber attack, also the public is unaware of who collects the machines and the data after the votes are placed.This can be abused to undermine our Political System as the possibilities of voter fraud can be a major problem if a Presidential election can be manipulated via domestic candidates and or foreign interests without public awareness of a attack.Therefore it would be intelligent to go back to the classic paper ballot starting in the 2016 election!
