Electronic voting machines can easily be compromised. This has been proven by a Princeton professor and other individuals. The complete lack of security on these machines is totally unacceptable.
There has to be a way to manually recount the votes. Electronic recounting is not acceptable. These machines can easily print off a ballot that could be dropped into a ballot box and then later scanned in and counted. I realize this is an extra step but it is an extremely important step from an accountability stand point.
