At approximately midnight between Friday June 21 and Saturday June 22 2013 PIPER KOVACH was abducted from her legal guardian JEREMY KOVACH by the UNITED STATES AIR FORCE MILITARY POLICE and SGT KATE HUGUENIN on ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE.. JEREMY KOVACH is the legal guardian to PIPER KOVACH, granted through the CIRCUIT COURT of MARYLAND GARRETT COUNTY branch. NO OTHER COURT IN THE COUNTRY HAS THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE A DECISION REGARDING CUSTODY OF PIPER KOVACH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PARENTAL KIDNAPPING ACT OF 1980 28 USC § 1738A - Full faith and credit given to child custody determinations.. SGT HUGUENIN THREATENED TO SHOOT MR KOVACH IN THE HEAD AND ABDUCT HIS CHILDREN TO INDIANA YET THE POLICE ALLOWED HER TO LEAVE WITH THE CHILDREN, AND PIPER IS NOT HER CHILD. WE DEMAND PIPER'S RETURN!!
